INDY MOTION CAN OFFER:
WEEKLY PBT CLASSES: suitable for
- SUB JUNIOR PROGRAM - 6-8 years
- JUNIOR PROGRAM - 9-12 years
- SENIOR PROGRAM - 13+
- ADVANCED/PROFESSIONAL - for individuals who have worked their way through each level and/or for students of a professional training level.
- ADULT PROGRAM - for adults who would like to use PBT as more of a fitness/body conditioning workout class. This is beneficial for adults who would like to try a class which incorporates a little ballet technique whilst improving body alignment and building core strength.
PBT is also extremely effective when injured and during rehabilitation as every exercise can be adapted to each suit each individual.
- WORKSHOP SESSIONS - these can be adapted based on the individual needs of participants. Duration of sessions can also be tailored to suit.
- FULL DAY INTENSIVES - these can be adapted based on the individual needs of participants.
- 1-1 SESSIONS - these can be weekly or one-off sessions in person or online. Every session is tailored to your needs and goals, giving you a private, supportive space to refine your technique, build strength and enhance confidence.
